MariMaids can help improve your home, one room at a time. You can request a basic or deep cleaning of your home. We offer a one-time cleaning or recurring cleaning services, per your request. No cleaning job is too big or too small!
Every time we clean, we’ll provide services that include the following:
- Basic CleaningBasic cleaning includes mopping, dusting, vacuuming, emptying trash, cleaning sinks, faucets, mirrors, the outside of appliances, and toilets, making the bed and general cleaning throughout the home. ONE BATHROOM IS INCLUDED IN THIS SERVICE-Extra bathrooms must be added on for an additional fee of $50. Half bathroom add-on is $25. ONE KITCHEN IS INCLUDED WITH THIS SERVICE-Extra kitchens must be added on for an additional fee of $100. Cleaning the inside of appliances, cabinets and drawers must be added on for a fee. LIVING ROOM/DINING ROOM- Additional fees may apply for excessive cleaning. Prices are subject to change based on the level of cleaning and time needed to get the job done.
- Deep CleaningDeep or one-time cleaning includes: mopping, dusting, vacuuming, emptying trash, cleaning sinks, faucets, mirrors, the outside of appliances, and toilets, making beds and general cleaning throughout the home. It also includes: sanitizing high traffic areas such as doors, doorknobs and handles; cleaning outside of cabinets, washing baseboards and walls and wiping down and sanitizing all surfaces. ONE BATHROOM IS INCLUDED IN THIS SERVICE-Extra bathrooms must be added on for an additional fee of $50. Half bathroom add-on is $25. ONE KITCHEN IS INCLUDED WITH THIS SERVICE-Extra kitchens must be added on for an additional fee of $100. Cleaning the inside of appliances, cabinets and drawers must be added on for a fee. - Add-on ServicesOVEN: ADD ON Cleaning of the interior and exterior. Oven (starts at $50) $50.00 Cleaning of the interior and exterior. Prices are subject to change based on the level of cleaning and time needed to get the job done.Refrigerator: ADD ON $50.00 Discard old or spoiled food, empty inside of refrigerator and wash with a cleaning solution. Wash outside, top and sides of refrigerator. *Does not include the freezer.
